The 36,939m2, 183 commercial units and office development follows the principles of town center design: pedestrian oriented streets, pedestrian oriented facades and civic spaces. Designed with awnings, arcades and marquees similar to European town centers, allowing pedestrians a pleasant walk even under extreme weather conditions, due to sun and rain that prevail all year.
The urban façade of Los Jazmines uses traditional elements of Panama's climate; large balconies, awnings and large roof overhangs wich establish the façade's elegance. The project is part of a revitalization movement of the Ciudad Radial neighborhood whose influx of new commercial development has reised the demand for residentail units.
Located inside the Conservation Area of the Casco Antiguo. The building of 729m2 originally from 1913 is a residential project with commercial units on the ground floor and 10 apartments.

The Cable Handlers Facility is a 991m2 project with two major phases: donde first, a renovation of the existing facilities and the other, a new building along the shores of the Canal. The design is a representation of the history of the locks based on the Canal Architecture.
Located in Panama City, with an area of 811m2 with commercial spaces and apartments, the main challenge was conceive a building in one of the few empty lots in Casco Antiguo with a particular triangular shape.

With construction started in 2017, the Laboratory will be completed in 2020, the project is part of the Ministry of Environment's investment program created to protect the water source areas and river basins wich will serve as a collection point for water sample testing and research fot the basins in the central providences of Pnama.

The project under construction is scheduled to finish in 2020 and will be a substancial contribution to the Santa Rita Community. The project includes elemntary, middle and high school classrooms, laboratories, library, dormitories, sports and administrative facilities, multi-sports facilities for tournaments and community events, and soccer field with FIFA standards.
